Bill 37 contains proposed amendments to Nunavut’s Education Act. It is important that the public is aware of exactly what these changes are and what they mean for their children’s education.
To help those who are interested more easily read the details of what changes are being proposed, we have created a “tracked changes” document by comparing the full texts of the existing Education Act against the full text of the proposed new version. Please note that this is not official material created or distributed by the Government of Nunavut. It is simply an additional tool to help fellow citizens learn more about proposed changes to our education system.
